Danilo Savic

CEO

Danilo Savic was born on February 20, 1974 in Kragujevac, where he finished primary and secondary school, and then graduated on the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

After graduating, he got a job at Unior Components (ex. Zastava Alati), where, after completing specialized international training in the field of information technology, he worked as an engineer and head of information technology.

In 2002, he started working at the Direct Bank (ex. Credy, KBM) in the field of information technology. After several operational functions in the bank, he managed the Information and Communication Technologies Sector for more than 8 (eight) years, and he also performed the duties of acting director, Executive Director of the Support Sector. The most important projects in which he participated and / or managed are: integration of the bank into the NBS payment operations, implementation of the banking information system, merging of information systems of banks integrated into the parent bank, consolidation of primary and backup data center, application of information systems security standards and fig. On two occasions, he performed the function of a member of the Committee for Information Technologies and the Committee for Digital Banking at the Association of Serbian Banks.
 
Since 2016, he has been employed in JSP "Kragujevac" as the director of the sector of information and communication technologies and the sector of unified billing and information technologies, and after that he performed the function of a member of the City Council for ICT, eGovernment and Smart City. The most important project he realized was the establishment of the City Data Center, and he achieved outstanding results in various projects in the field of data opening, for which he was awarded the annual award in 2019.

After that, he worked as a Project Manager at ICLS (part of FUJITSU) and ITSM Manager at sTech (part of UNIQA Group) where he led the project of migrating data centers from local countries (Montenegro, Serbia, BiH, Croatia and Bulgaria) to the Cloud system.

Srdjan Simovic

CTO

Srdjan Simovic was born on September 17, 1982 in Kragujevac, where he finished primary and secondary school, and then graduated from the IT Academy  in Kragujevac.


After graduation, he was employed by KBM Bank in the IT infrastructure sector as an IT administrator. Through internal  practice and international courses, he eventually specialized as a network engineer.

Since 2011, as an independent external consultant, he has been part of the project of integration and implementation of the 3G / 4G network of one of the leading mobile operators in the Republic of Serbia, where he has technically upgraded his project management skills and work organization.

Since 2017, he has been employed by a multinational company as part of a team that aims to integrate the factory and create and train an IT operational team that takes over operational tasks after integration.

Since 2019, he has taken over the position of regional IT manager (Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania) and Head of the local IT team for the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Goran Marjanović
Director of the Project Management and Quality Sector

 
Goran Marjanović was born on May 4, 1973, in Kragujevac, where he completed both his primary and secondary education. He later graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Department of Mathematics.

After graduation, he began working at the Polytechnic Secondary School (formerly known as the Technical School for Mechanical Engineering and Transport), where he taught Programming and Computer Science. He also held the position of Assistant Principal at the school for two years.

In 2002, he joined Eurobank Direktna (formerly Credy Bank, KBM) in the field of Information Technology. Starting in 2003, after holding the position of Head of the Administration and Communication Department, he managed the IT and Communications Sector for more than six years. Key projects he led or participated in included the integration of the bank into the NBS payment system, integration into the international SWIFT payment network, merger of IT systems of banks integrated into the parent bank, and the consolidation of the primary site on virtual infrastructure (2007). He was also a member of the IT Committee and the International Payments Committee of the Association of Serbian Banks.
Since 2008, he has worked at the manufacturing company Metal sistemi d.o.o. as the Director of the ICT Sector, where he has been responsible for development strategy, budgeting, and managing strategic projects such as infrastructure upgrades, the establishment of Data Center, and the implementation of ERP and DMS systems, along with their integration into existing IT systems.

In 2009, he joined Takovo Osiguranje ADO Kragujevac (an insurance company) as ICT Director and Executive Board Member, responsible for ICT, a position he held for more than six years. Notable projects included establishing a private Data Center with DR site connectivity, implementing the online system for issuing mandatory motor vehicle insurance policies through the Association of Serbian Insurers, and implementing systems for issuing property insurance and voluntary health insurance policies. He also oversaw the company's compliance with NBS regulations on IT system management standards for financial institutions, including the application of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 9001. Additionally, he served as a member of the IT Committee of the Association of Serbian Insurers.

Since 2015, he has been employed at DM Dokumenten Management GmbH, based in Pulchhaim, Germany, as a Business Developer and Project Manager for the Serbian market. Key projects he has delivered include the implementation of DMS and BPM systems in Addiko Bank, Eurobank Direktna (formerly Eurobank), Elixir Group, and MD International, with a total of over 2,000 system users.

He is a father of three children.

Milorad Stojanović
Director of the Cloud and IT Infrastructure Sector

Milorad joined the leadership team of Data Cloud Technology in September 2023 to support the consolidation and expansion of the corporate network and infrastructure, the establishment of a modern data center, and the positioning of the company as a cutting-edge commercial service provider through the delivery of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.

He has gained decades of professional experience through major projects across public systems, telecom operators, and system integrators in the public, international, and private sectors.

Some of his most notable projects include the development and advancement of what was then the most modern national data center, as well as the migration of telecom services from traditional transport technologies to IP-based systems.Milorad’s career path has taken him from junior engineer to strategic consultant in executive roles, and from entry-level to executive management positions.

He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade and completed the INSEAD School of Strategic Planning.

He is married and the father of two children.
Darko Šehović
Information Security Manager

Born on July 4, 1977, in Belgrade, Darko has had an extensive career and held various positions, including IT Engineer, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Head of Information Security, Head of Financial Sector CERT, coordinator of strategic working groups, and consultant on numerous projects.

Among his most notable achievements, Darko played an active role in establishing the first sectoral CERT in Serbia, developing the Information Security Management System within the Association of Serbian Banks, conducting cloud migrations, and leading compliance assessments and certifications in line with various regulatory frameworks (ZiB, SWIFT, CIS, ISO 27001, 27701, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, among others). He has also coordinated working groups on fraud prevention and personal data protection in the financial sector and organized professional training programs, workshops, and conferences.

He is an active member of several professional associations and working bodies focused on information and cyber security, both domestically and internationally.

Darko holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the Singidunum University.
He also possesses a number of specialized certifications, including: CISSP, CEH, CTIA, Security+, MCSE, MCSA, and ISO 27001/27701/22301 Lead Auditor.

He is married and the father of two children.
