Facility
The Government Data Center is located within a 4-hectare complex comprising two buildings with a total area of 14,000 m². The complex is designed to provide users with a functional, secure and controlled environment for housing, preparing and managing IT equipment.
Clients have access to:
equipment preparation and testing area
warehouse space for storing and safeguarding IT equipment
business meeting space, available upon request
secured parking during their stay at the Data Center
AC/DC charger for electric vehicles

ICT Equipment Housing
Users have access to standard 42U rack cabinets, available in widths of 750 mm or 600 mm and a depth of 1,200 mm, suitable for housing various types of server, network and supporting IT equipment.
The rack cabinets are designed to ensure reliable equipment installation, efficient cable management and stable operating conditions for IT infrastructure. Each rack is equipped with 2N redundant PDU strips, enabling equipment to be powered from two independent sources and further increasing system availability.
Adjustable mounting rails are used for flexible installation of IT equipment, allowing adaptation to the configuration and dimensions of the user’s equipment. This provides a functional, well-organized and secure environment for housing critical IT infrastructure.

Power Supply
The IT modules in the Data Center are powered from two independent transformer substations, ensuring a high level of reliability and redundancy of the electrical power system. In the event of failure of one transformer substation, the other can fully take over the power supply to the IT modules and ensure continuity of infrastructure operations.
Backup power is provided by redundant diesel generators, each with a capacity of 2,500 kVA, which are automatically activated in the event of a mains power outage. With an autonomy of 96 hours without refuelling and stable voltage established within 15 seconds, this system represents an important part of the Data Center’s multi-layered power protection.
Until the diesel generators take over the power supply, the operation of IT equipment is fully supported by UPS systems. The UPS systems provide stable and redundant voltage, which is particularly important for the reliable operation of sensitive IT equipment.
This power architecture provides redundancy at all key levels, from transformer substations and diesel generators to UPS systems, enabling uninterrupted operation of user equipment and a high level of Data Center availability.

Cooling System
Modern cooling systems are applied, adapted to different types of IT equipment and load levels. Infrastructure cooling is provided by chillers, in-row units and cooling cabinets, ensuring stable temperature conditions and reliable continuous operation of the equipment.
For the supercomputing infrastructure, a dedicated rear door cooling system is used, designed for efficient heat removal from high-density equipment. The implementation of an advanced direct-to-chip cooling system is also in preparation, enabling direct cooling of the most heavily loaded components and further improving energy efficiency and operational reliability.

Carrier-Neutral Data Center
Government Data Center enables connectivity with all present telecommunications operators and providers from the territory of Serbia, allowing users to freely choose a network partner in accordance with their needs.
The Carrier Neutral service concept is implemented through a dedicated Meet-Me Room, which serves as the central point for connecting users with different telecommunications providers. This enables flexible implementation of telecommunications services without dependence on a single operator.
The Data Center includes independent provider rooms and the presence of multiple telecommunications providers, enabling link redundancy, greater connection reliability and a higher level of security for the communications infrastructure.
